Ownership of Almar Property Management LLC, a leading investment property management company in Bowling Green, is transferring responsibility.
The business sale between current owner, Mary Newlove-Noll, and incoming owner Ashley Lake is effective June 1, 2021; with Ashley Lake assuming all business responsibilities and Mary Newlove-Noll staying on staff with an active consulting role.
“I look forward to continuing the legacy that Mary is leaving in both the business she created and the community she has served,” said Lake. “This is going to be a new adventure for many of us, but a positive change for all of us. I’m excited to be a part of the future of Almar.”
Almar Property Management manages the everyday activities of investment properties; including residential single-family, multi-family, and commercial space. With a current inventory of over 400 properties throughout Bowling Green and the Wood County area, Almar Property Management will continue to serve current owners, investors, and tenants, in the same capacity, leaning on more that 60 years of combined office staff experience.
