Phase one of the Wood County Community Health Center renovation project is complete. The waiting area has been expanded, more exam rooms were added as well as a behavioral health area.
The health center is located at the Wood County Health Department, 1840 E. Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green.
Effective Monday, March 20, all health center patients can once again park in the front of the building and enter the health center through the main front doors and will no longer need to enter the temporary east side entrance.
The pharmacy area is nearly complete. The pharmacy will remain in its current temporary location until further notice.
Additional renovations will be taking place in stages but Health Center services will continue as normal.
The improvements will allow the center to provide expanded services.
