Linda L. Myers, 90, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away December 23, 2025. She was born December 9, 1935 in Palestine, Illinois to the late Carlton and Helen (Garrad) Biggs. She married Eric Myers on July 25, 1981 and he survives in Bowling Green.
Linda obtained her Bachelor of Arts in teaching Language Arts from Eastern Illinois University and went on to obtain her Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Linda taught High School English in Illinois. She later served as secretary at Bowling Green High School and later as a Bailiff for Judge Gale Williamson in the Wood County Court System.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Bowling Green where she was part of the Presbyterian Women’s Group and formerly served as a deacon. Linda was also a member of the Wood County Women’s Club and the affiliated Garden Club. Linda delivered Wheeled Meals for Wood County Hospital for many years. She was an avid reader, enjoyed Tai Chi and tending to her backyard flower garden.
Linda’s greatest joy came from following the careers and activities of her four children and eight grandchildren. She loved her dogs, especially Bitsy.
Along with her husband of 44 years, Eric, Linda is survived by her children Steven Crang (Diane), Douglas Crang (Kate), Jennifer Burns (Troy) and Megan Gifford (Mark), sisters Judy Kincaid (Jim) and Virginia Doyle, grandchildren Alex, Eliot, Mason, Mariya, Emily, Sarah, Evan and Nathaniel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Raymond Biggs and sister Karen Biggs.
A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Saturday April 4, 2026, at First Presbyterian Church in Bowling Green, Ohio 126 S. Church St. The time will be announced closer to date. The Myers family will have a gathering in early August 2026 in Evansville, Indiana.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home located in the Historical District of Bowling Green, Ohio at 408 W. Wooster St. 43402
