The Bowling Green Arts Council will present Art Walk 2025, in which 20 locations thoughout historic downtown Bowling Green will host artists’ displays from 1:30–4:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 10.
Art Walk will feature an exhibition of one piece by each of the 23 individual artists at the Wood County District Public Library, 251 N Main St. in addition to the displays at businesses and downtown locations, so visitors will have a chance to start out with a tempting preview and vote for their favorite artwork.
Brochures with all artist locations will be available so walkers can easily locate the artists they want to visit.
In cooperation with the United Way Chocolate Crawl, which occurs on the same afternoon, BGAC will have a table at Wooster Green, where folks can decorate their chocolate collection bags.
Jurors’ and People’s Choice Awards will be announced at the After Art Walk Party, 5-6 p.m. at Myla Marcus Winery, 133 S. Main St. There will be refreshments and music, and all are welcome.
The BGAC is a volunteer organization working with local artists, arts organizations and supporters to provide inspiration, enjoyment and learning opportunities in the Bowling Green community.
