From WOOD COUNTY DOG SHELTER
The Wood County Commissioners have announced a partnership with Harley Davidson in Perrysburg for an afternoon of food, fun, and “hogs & dogs.”
The Wood County Dog Shelter will be onsite at Harley Davidson on Saturday, Sept. 5, from noon – 3 p.m. with some of the dogs from the shelter for an adoption event.
The dog adoption fee is $100 and the dogs will be up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm tested, and spayed/neutered. Each adopter will need to purchase a 2026 Wood County dog license for $16 with their adoption.
Adopters will leave with a 2026 dog park membership and goodie bag for their new family member.
