Man arrested after reportedly trying to run from BG police

Bowling Green Police charged Noah Dible, 20, of Upper Sandusky, for having an open container of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, falsification and obstructing official police business early Sunday morning.

According to the police report, around 2:20 a.m., an officer saw Dible with an open bottle of beer in front of a bar on North Main Street. Dible reportedly stated he did not have his identification with him, and then gave police a fake name.

As the officer was filling out a citation, Dible reportedly fled the scene and tried to run across North Main Street toward East Wooster Street. However, he tripped on the curb in front of the ClaZel and fell into the street.

Police took him to the police station, where his friends posted bond for him.
