Phyllis Jean Clark, 86, of Bowling Green passed away on December 1, 2023. She was born on December 9, 1936 to the late William and Liza (Henry) Jones in Mason County, WV. She married Simon Paul Clark Sr. in 1951 and they were together until he passed away.
Phyllis is survived by her children: Charles (Janet) Clark; George (Diane) Clark; Dan (Teresa) Clark; Lesa Evans; Laura (Earl) Hall; Lois Clark; Simon Jr. (Connie) Clark; brothers: Jacob (Cheryl) Perry and Lavern Jones; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son Kenny, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Phyllis worked as a nurses’ aide at a number of nursing homes. She was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Contributions in her honor may be gifted to the family c/o Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home, 1460 W. Wooster Street, Bowling Green.
