Aubrey A Honsberger

Aubrey Alise Honsberger, 17, of Pemberville, passed away at home Monday, January 8, 2024. She was born on March 9, 2006 in Toledo, Ohio. She currently attended Eastwood High School as a Senior, and was looking forward to becoming a 2024 Graduate. In addition to being a senior at Eastwood, Aubrey was a student at Penta Career Center in Rossford. She was enrolled in Small Animal Care, and had served as a Teacher’s Assistant at Penta. She was working towards her dream of becoming a veterinarian, and had also been looking forward to starting her college career in Findlay following graduation.

Aubrey possessed an unmistakable love for all animals, as was evident by her many pets at home that she either rescued or had been injured. She enjoyed computer gaming, shopping, and like any teenaged girl she enjoyed experimenting with makeup and wearing fancy press on nails. However, outside of animals, she most loved being with her family and friends.

Aubrey is survived by her mother, Crystal (Andrew) Woodleigh of Pemberville, brother, Aden Honsberger of Pemberville, and father, Scott Honsberger. Maternal grandfather, Carl Fitzgerald of Perrysburg, maternal grandmother, Norma (Ricardo) Flores of Pemberville, aunt, Vanessa Fitzgerald of Perrysburg and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her uncle, Nathan Fitzgerald, maternal great-grandparents, Norman and Julien Fawver, numerous other aunts, uncles, and k-9 pal, Malachi.

Family and friends will be received from 3pm-7pm on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH.
