A Bowling Green man has been banned from Meijer after he reportedly urinated in the garden area on Monday around 12:28 p.m. The man, Timothy P. Cole, 64, of Parkview Drive, was kicked out of Walmart in Bowling Green last month after he urinated in the shoe aisle of that store.
According to the police report, Cole also had an empty Chobani yogurt container in his cart at Meijer.
He was given a warning for disorderly conduct.
Police drove Cole to his home.
He was cited for disorderly conduct/public urination last month at Walmart, and banned from that store. Cole has also been banned from Kroger in Bowling Green for twice refusing to leave at closing time and using obscenities with the store manager. In that case, he was cited for criminal trespassing.
