BG man upset about cell phone bill arrested after refusing to leave Verizon store

A Bowling Green man upset about his cell phone bill was arrested for criminal trespassing and obstructing official business after he refused to lease the Verizon store on East Wooster Street.

Bowling Green Police were called Tuesday (March 5) around 7 p.m., for the 31-year-old man who was reportedly yelling and refusing to leave the store. Police told the man he would be arrested if he didn’t leave the store. The man reportedly refused to give police his name and would not leave the store.

He was taken to the Wood County Jail, and told that if he returned to the store he would be arrested again for trespassing.
