Bowling Green Police Division arrested a man Thursday around 4:47 a.m. for criminal trespassing.

Cameron Fox, 25, of Bowling Green, was seen walking down a dark alley in the area of Scott Hamilton and Second streets. The officer reportedly saw Fox trying to access an unlocked car parked off Scott Hamilton. When Fox saw the officer, he reportedly took off running. He ran through a private yard on Second Street and continued southbound. The officer caught up with him on a private lot on Third Street.

Fox reportedly complied with police orders to get on the ground when other officers arrived on the scene. He was taken to Wood County Jail.

Fox was arrested by Bowling Green Police in October 2020 for his role in the theft of a young man’s specialized handcycle. He was also charged in December 2020 for allegedly trying to open vehicle doors on Second Street.
