BG school board will livestream meetings, now closed to the public because of coronavirus concerns

Due to the recent designation of Ohio being in a state of emergency, as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Bowling Green Board of Education will be following the guidelines set forth, in accordance with the direction of State Attorney General David Yost.

The Bowling Green City School Board of Education will be implementing the following changes to its board meetings.

The board meetings will not include physical public participation. The meetings will be live streamed on Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/BGSchools and will be posted on the Bowling Green City Schools website, Board of Education tab: https://www.bgcs.k12.oh.us/board      

The board’s social media partners will be invited into the meetings to be held at the Administrative Offices, 137 Clough Street, Bowling Green so that all regular aspects of community communications are covered.   

Board meetings will be held at the Administrative Offices of the Bowling Green City School District at 5:30 pm.

This meeting protocol will begin with its regular meeting on Thursday, March 19 at 5:30 p.m. and stay in place until further notice.
