The Bowling Green City Council Committee of the Whole will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 4, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chamber located in the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church St., to discuss proposed increases to parking rates.
Immediately following, the committee will hold a public hearing at 6:45 p.m. to hear an appeal of an F-type liquor permit for a Firefly Nights event scheduled for Oct. 19.
A regular Bowling Green City Council meeting will follow at 7 p.m.
