Bowling Green Police Division filed assault charges against a woman after she allegedly attacked another woman in her apartment on Saturday around midnight.
Bailey Rock, 21, of Bowling Green, was cited for assault after she reportedly followed her ex-boyfriend to an apartment in the 300 block of East Merry Street. A resident of the apartment opened the door to Rock, who allegedly punched her in the face.
According to the police report, Rock then entered the apartment and began fighting with the resident. The ex-boyfriend reportedly separated Rock and the resident.
When police arrived, they found a bunch of hair pulled out in the hallway. The resident of the apartment had blood on her face from cuts on both cheeks, on her upper lip, near both eyes and on her nose.
While police were talking with the victim, the ex-boyfriend came back inside the apartment to report that the tires on his vehicle had been slashed in the parking lot.
