Crossfit Bowling Green and Nate Eberly with Merrill Lynch present Burpees for Boobees, a competitive workout fundraiser toward Nate’s Real Men Wear Pink campaign.
The event is Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m. to noon, at CrossFit Bowling Green,1039 Haskins Road, Unit F.
The $25 entry fee gets participants into the competition with a commemorative T-shirt. Proceeds will go towards the fundraiser.
The challenge will be to get as many burpees done in three minutes, with top scorers for male, female, and age 40-plus. Proceeds will help Eberly reach my goal of $10,000 total for this campaign!
We are also in the process of getting a food truck or health food vendor to the event.
