Connor Rose would return real estate knowledge & attentiveness to recorder’s office

I am writing in support of Connor Rose for Wood County Recorder.

Connor is taking time away from his successful real estate business to pursue the Recorder’s position because the current occupant is inattentive, unqualified, and his management decisions have jeopardized the accuracy of records that relate to our real estate investments, including our homes.

Connor has been in the real estate business in Wood County for several years, and as a result, knows the importance of maintaining accurate real estate records for the protection of all property owners.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Connor Rose has been in the Wood County Recorder‘s Office more frequently than the current office holder! That person has chosen to continue his accounting business elsewhere and has entrusted management of the Recorder’s office to an assistant. Someone with little experience in either the real estate world, or in maintaining public records.

The office, and the records are too important to entrust to a haphazard management style and an unqualified underling.

Please join me in supporting Connor Rose for Wood County Recorder. It’s time (once again) to have a real estate professional, and someone knowledgeable about the maintenance of real estate records to lead this critically important office.
