An event called “It’s Hip to be Tipped” will be held June 6, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Sunset Bistro, 1220 W. Wooster St., Bowling Green.
The event is being planned by For the Love of Cats – a non-profit, animal welfare organization in Bowling Green. The organization is not affiliated with any other local, state or national humane groups.
For the Love of Cats advocates for TNR (trap, neuter and return) and community cats. The organization’s mission is to humanely reduce the number of feral/stray cats citywide through the group’s TNR program.
The event will include $12 entry, with $10 to $20 donations appreciated. The cost includes heavy appetizers and a cash bar.
Live music will be performed by Joe Baker.
There will be a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, cat food drive, plus T-shirts and other items for sale.
