Geraldine K. Gibson, 95, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away December 9, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 20, 1924 in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania to the late Fred and Alma (Ergott) Corbin. She married the love of her life James Gibson on June 27, 1947 and he preceded her in death in 1986.
Geraldine loved traveling with her husband Jim to Florida. She enjoyed drinking ice tea with her friends and taking joy rides in the car. Her greatest joy in life came from the time she spent with her grandson Shad and great-grandchildren Allison and Brandon.
She is survived by her daughter Diana Falls of Bowling Green, Ohio, grandson Shad (Brenda) Falls of Perrysburg, Ohio, grandchildren Allison Falls and Brandon Falls of Perrysburg, Ohio and sister Loretta Sander of Bowling Green, Ohio.
Along with her husband Jim, Geraldine was preceded in death by her brothers Frank Corbin and Bill Corbin, sisters Rosella Wells, Dorothy Thomas and Lillian Corbin and son-in-law Jim Falls.
Visitation will be held Thursday December 12, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster St.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday December 13, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Andrea Curry will officiate. Interment will follow at Wood County Memory Gardens in Bowling Green.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Clare Bridge at Brookdale in Bowling Green.
