Mrs. Helen L. Wylie (née Goldsmith) died peacefully in Bowling Green, Ohio on August 22, 2017 at the age of 87. She was born on September 20, 1929 to Helen and Theodore Goldsmith in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.
Helen is survived by her children: William (Lori), Amy (James), and Jack (Tracy); sister Priscilla (Robert); and grandchildren Aleha, Will, and Katie. She is preceded in death by husband William Sr., sister Mary, and grandson Martin.
She was a generous individual who loved children and who was passionate about her church. She was an active and dedicated member of Saint John’s Episcopal Church. She enjoyed sewing and embroidery. She worked at BGSU for 29 years.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday August 26 at 1 pm at Saint John’s Episcopal Church in Bowling Green Ohio. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Helen’s life.
