Hit-skip driver still not identified

Bowling Green police are still seeking the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-skip accident near Taco Bell at 300 East Wooster in Bowling Green early Friday morning.

At about 2:30 a.m., Colin Gossard, 23, and Ryan Gossard, 20, both from the same address in Lima, were crossing the street from north to south, not in a crosswalk, when they were struck by a car headed east. The vehicle did not stop following the collision.

The police report describes the vehicle as a black sedan. It received minor damage.

Police report the Gossards sustained minor injuries and were taken to Wood County Hospital.

The two victims were cited for jaywalking.
