The Wood County Grand Jury has indicted Justin Marx, of Bowling Green, on one count of rape and one count of sexual battery.
The alleged incident occurred around Jan. 10 of this year.
Marx is the founder and has been the owner of Bowling Green Beer Works. Earlier this year, staff at the nanobrewery took to social media to accuse Marx.
In response to the indictment, Marx, through his attorney Lorin Zaner, has filed an extensive request for discovery including hospital reports, all investigative reports from law enforcement, and a list of witnesses.
Marx is scheduled to be arraigned Oct 1 at 1 p.m. before Judge Joel Kuhlman. His attorney said that he will plead not guilty.
