Wood County will be voting in our November election for a Common Pleas Judge position. Wood County has had a history of very good people in this position. This position will have an impact throughout the county. I have had legal interaction with both candidates running for this position.
Joel Kuhlman is one of the candidates.
Joel has experience as both a BG Councilman and a Wood County Commissioner, in addition to practicing law for many years. I have found Joel to be very knowledgeable from a legal perspective. However, equally important Joel is honest, sincere, bright and positive as well as a very good listener with a high degree of integrity. All qualities important for a judge to display.
In addition, Joel is one of the organizers of a group helping children from families that may be challenged financially in the Eastwood School District.
