I have served on Bowling Green City Council just short of nine years and I am writing to voice my support for Joel Kuhlman and his candidacy for Judge of the Wood County Common Pleas Court.
I have known Joel for about 12 years. During that time, Joel has demonstrated the character traits we need in a judge. He’s smart, fair, and a good listener.
During his years serving as an elected official on both Bowling Green City Council and Wood County Commissioner I saw him working in cooperation with both parties. He responded to the will of the people. During his term as a County Commissioner he took a role in reducing taxes while increasing services to Wood County residents and still maintaining a surplus budget.
