Larry Weiss has announced he’s reiring as co-host of The Morning Show on WBGU-FM.
“My seven years of serving as co-host of The Morning Show will shortly come to an end,” he wrote in n email to media and supporters. “I will forever be grateful to Dave Horger for asking me to join him in 2012 and, to tell you the truth, I never thought I would still be doing The Morning Show seven years later.”
Weiss hosts the show the last week of the month. Clint Corpe hosts the remainder of the month.
Weis said he and his wife, Fran, “both feel this is the right time to begin tackling our ever-growing ‘bucket list.’”
He will continue hosting through September with his last show set for Sept. 27.
In 2017 Weiss and Corpe were recipients of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce’s I Love BG Award.
