Live Local BG, (a group of downtown merchants who have come together to promote the downtown) is hosting its first Galentine’s Sip, Shop and Stroll. The event supports The Cocoon, brings people downtown, and supports small downtown businesses.
Tickets are $10, and all that money goes to The Cocoon.
The 11 participating businesses will be offering specials from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, to folks with a ticket.
Those who take advantage of six of the 11 offers will be entered in a drawing for two gift baskets valued at more than $250.
Participating businesses are: Juniper Brewing, Mode Elle, Beckett’s, For Keeps, Novel Blends, Eden Fashion Boutique, Waddington’s Jewelers, Sam B’s, Trotters, Coyote Beads, and Grounds for Thought.
Only 100 tickets will be sold.
