For more than 46 years, I have been a major customer of the services provided by our Wood County Recorder’s Office. In that regard, we have been blessed over all of those years with excellent public record keeping. Those records are public, not private, and are important especially as they concern real estate matters that affect almost all of us in some way.
A change will take place in the office this year, and a new county recorder will be elected. In my view, someone with experience in the real estate world is most appropriate to manage those records and that office.
Fortunately, Connor Rose, a local real estate professional, has stepped forward and is willing to put his expertise to work for us, full-time, as our county recorder. Connor’s energy combined with years of real estate work is the perfect recipe for a terrific county recorder.
