Mary Sue “Molly” (Neill) Meese, 94 of Bowling Green, Ohio died peacefully on Monday, July 3rd, 2023 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born July 25th, 1928 in Toledo Ohio to the late Dr. William and Helen (Trotter) Neill. She graduated from Ottawa Hills High School and attained her associate’s degree at Monticello College in Godfrey, Illinois. She married Richard Bargmann and he preceded her in death in June of 1970 and then she married Norm Meese and he preceded her in death in December of 2014.
Molly was a homemaker and volunteered at the Wood County Humane Society for over 25 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Christine (Dan) Hathaway, Cathy Bargmann-Hummell, and Cynthia Bargmann; grandchildren, Daniel, Richard, Taylor, and Michael; and great grandchildren, Liam, Harper, and Reece. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Rimer.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio, where a visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Wood County Humane Society.
