A motorcyclist reportedly failed to stop for Bowling Green Police, with the driver ditching the bike in a field and fleeing on foot.

An officer initiated a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Clough Street, Sunday at 3:23 a.m., since the motorcyclist had no eye protection. The motorcyclist reportedly failed to stop, and a vehicle pursuit ensued.

The motorcycle was recovered in a cornfield south of the 9000 block of Napoleon Road, between Cuckle Creek Road and Cloverdale Road. The driver reportedly fled on foot.
