In its debut in October, the Oak Grove Collective at 186 S. Main in downtown Bowing Green drew more than 1,000 customers to shop from a selection of goods provided by 28 vendors.
The response exceeded the expectations of Kala Barcus and Kati Thompson, who operate the event.

The second iteration of the market opens Thursday, Nov. 7 and runs Friday, Nov.8, and Saturday, Nov.9, from 9 a.m, to 8 p.m. each day.
The theme, said Thompson, is Winter Evergreen and features work from 40 vendors.
“Everything is completely different,” Thompson said.
The items will include:
- Tote bags decorated with blank book covers, so someone can write the titles of their favorite tomes on the bag.
- Water colors books featuring a variety of themes, including winter scenes.
- Seasonal wall art.
- Carved wooden birds by local art teacher Lloyd Triggs.
- Cutting boards that are functional and decorative as well as oils to maintain them.
- Lavender products including jars of Herbes de Provence.
- Woodford Reserve cocktail syrup and bourbon cherries.
- Candles with a range of scents as well as wreathes to set them on.
- Sweaters and shirts
- And a variety of food items including gluten-free baked goods.
The next market is set for Dec. 5-7.
