The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and City of Bowling Green will celebrate the opening of the new City Administration Building, at 305 N. Main St. in Bowling Green, with a ribbon cutting, Oct. 26 at 2 p.m.
The City of Bowling Green opened its new City Building to the public on July 18, 2023. The new building serves as a needed upgrade from the previous facility, which was dated and filled with health and safety issues.
The facility includes upgraded technology, as well as a focus on services for residents and improved working conditions for city employees. Updates include a larger city council chamber, clean, easy to navigate hallways, assisted hearing technology, and more.
RSVPs for this event are not required, and the public is invited to attend the event. Light refreshments will be served.
