The Wizards ’08 travel softball team, based in Holland, teamed up with K9 Officer Arci of the Bowling Green Police Division to collect toys for pediatric patients served by the Wood County Hospital.
On Monday, players and coaches as well as K9s and their handlers, gathered at the hospital to deliver about 250 toys that will be distributed to the young patients.
Bowling Green Mayor Aspacher was hand, and hospital staff received the donation.
