Thayer Ford-Nissan invites the community to celebrate automotive history and hometown tradition at its 22nd Annual Classic Car & Truck Show on Saturday, Sept. 5, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Registration will open at 9 a.m. The event will be held at Thayer Ford-Nissan, 18039 N. Dixie Hwy., Bowling Green.
The show has become popular in the region’s car show circuit, drawing enthusiasts from across northwest Ohio and beyond. More than 100 vehicles are expected to compete for Best in Show and a variety of specialty awards, with all makes, models, and years welcome.
Registration is $5 in advance and $10 the day of the show, with all proceeds benefitting the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio. Participants can pre-register online or stop by Thayer Ford-Nissan in person for a registration form. Spectators may attend for free.
In addition to the lineup of classic cars and trucks, guests can enjoy:
- Food trucks
- Raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing
- Games and family entertainment
- A bake sale
- Giveaways throughout the day
“Each year, this event brings people together who share a love for cars, trucks, and community,” said Rachael Thayer-London.
