A request for four zoning variances has been withdrawn by the applicant, Robert Maurer.
The request had been made, for four properties on Briarwood Drive, for a variance to allow a fourth person to live in each of the homes. City zoning currently allows no more than three unrelated residents to live in rental homes.
The variance was scheduled to be discussed by the Zoning Board of Appeals on April 11. However, the request has been withdrawn.
