The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and the Wood County Museum have announced the official ribbon-cutting for the new exhibit, “Past into the Future,” on Thursday, May 7, at 3:30 p.m., at 13660 County Home Road, Bowling Green.
The chamber is helping to celebrate the launch of this new exhibit as a celebration of America250. It showcases objects that tell the stories of Wood County community members and highlights the vital contributions of everyday people to America’s 250 years of transformation and growth.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m., followed by an open house from 3:45 – 7 p.m. This is a free event, and light refreshments will be served.
The museum invites all community members to attend the ribbon-cutting and join in remembering the brave individuals who shaped history. This event is open to the public, with registration open at bgchamber.net/rsvp.
