In coordination with the Firefly Nights Festival scheduled for 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Friday, June 26, certain street closures and parking restrictions will be in place in downtown Bowling Green.
On-street parking will be prohibited on Main Street, from Clay to Washington streets, on Clay Street between North Main and Grove streets, and on East Clough Street, beginning at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 26. Main Street, from East Oak to Washington streets, will close to traffic at 4 p.m. While Main Street is closed, Court and Clough Streets will be closed to through traffic. Wooster Street will remain open for east and westbound traffic.
During the Main Street closure, detour routes for local and truck traffic will be posted. All streets will reopen and parking will be reinstated on Friday following the event.
