The 2026 paving program is set to begin on Thursday, July 9, weather permitting. Contractors plan to begin with the pavement milling, removal, and replacement of catch basins, sidewalk ADA ramps, and adjacent sections of sidewalk. To remain in compliance with current ADA standards and to improve pedestrian safety, certain areas will require a reconfiguration and relocation of ADA curb ramps.
Milling and resurfacing of streets will begin on the following streets:
- Buttonwood Avenue, between Wooster Street and Sand Ridge Road
- Grove Street, between Wooster Street and Ordway Avenue
- Washington Street, between Grove and Church streets
- Ordway Avenue, between Maple and Main streets
- Adams Street, between Maple and Grove streets
- Rudolph Road, between Gypsy Lane and Sand Ridge Road
In addition, a rejuvenating agent will be applied to the following streets on a later date:
- Pearl Street, between Wintergarden Road and Main Street
- Sand Ridge Road, between Wintergarden Road and Main Street
- West Gypsy Lane, from Sand Ridge Road to Walmart
- East Gypsy Lane, from I-75 to Dunbridge Road
- Lafayette Boulevard, between Conneaut Avenue and Finch Drive
- South Mitchell Road, between Sand Ridge Road and Wooster Street
- North Mitchell Road, between Wooster Street and Conneaut Avenue
- Woodgate Drive, between Woodland Circle and Bowling Green Road East
