An inaugural Wood County Fair Fun Run will be held Sunday, May 3, at the Wood County Fairgrounds. The event includes a Kids’ 1/2-mile dash around the grandstands area that starts at 9:30 a.m. and a 4K (2.5 miles) race/run/walk course around fairgrounds and campgrounds that begins at 10 a.m.
Cost for the 1/2-mile dash is $10 (plus a $1.60 online registration fee) and $15 for the 4K (plus a $1.90 online registration fee). All proceeds will benefit the Wood County Fair. Registration must be completed by 12 a.m. May 3.
