Leonard G. Stanish Jr., 67, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Monday April 13, 2020. He was born March 15, 1953 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Leonard and Patricia (Couturier) Stanish. He married Karen Kinder on November 25, 1987 and she preceded him in death November 1, 2016.
Leonard graduated from St. Francis de Sales High School in 1971. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. He worked for many years as a Bio-Med Tech at Wood County Hospital. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He spent many years umpiring at Carter Park in Bowling Green. He attended St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
He is survived by his children Llisa Stanish, Chip Stanish and Emily Stanish, siblings Janis Clinton, Ern Stanish, Holly (Kenny) Tilden and Doug Stanish and grandchildren Tariq Smith, Landon Stanish and Kahlaya Noble.
A Celebration of Leonard’s life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
