I have known Joel Kuhlman for over 15 years. In that time, I have observed Joel’s actions in both his professional and personal life and he consistently demonstrates the character and demeanor that we need in a judge – genuine, fair-minded, wise, and a willing listener.
As an elected official myself, I have experienced firsthand the complexities demanded in public service. Joel’s experience as an attorney, county commissioner, and city councilmember has shown that when put to the test he can accomplish productive and fair outcomes.
