On November 5 the residents of Bowling Greens fourth ward will have an opportunity to greatly affect the future trajectory of our community.
Jeff Dennis has presented himself for service to our community as a candidate to represent the fourth ward on City council, and it is clear to me that Mr. Dennis is in possession of the skills required for leadership as we consider bold actions designed to help our city grow and improve.
Jeff offers many appealing skills and personal characteristics that will serve our community well. In the many recent discussions we have had, I have found Jeff to be an inquisitive and energetic person who offers a fresh approach to the important challenges our city faces.
Jeff is a Bowling Green native with a clear understanding of the issues facing our community, and he has demonstrated a willingness the do the necessary research, formulate a practical plan, and then put that plan into action.
Jeff is thoughtful and decisive, and this type of determined decision making is exactly what the city needs as we move towards implementing many of the community improvement opportunities identified in recent planning processes. Jeff has made it clear that he loves our community and is dedicated to helping our local economy grow.
I believe that our community can benefit from taking into consideration the viewpoints and fresh ideas presented by the younger people who live here. Jeff is an outstanding representative of his generation and our community would certainly benefit if he is elected to serve on City Council.
I urge all of Bowling Greens fourth ward residents to give strong consideration to electing a Council representative who is both energetic and goal oriented. I believe that Jeff Dennis meets this requirement.
