“The Bowling Green Holiday Parade is the largest holiday parade in Northwest Ohio and one of Downtown Bowling Green’s best events every year,” said Jeff Dennis, Bowling Green City Council Member and Parklet Project Member. “Many don’t realize it, but this event is funded almost entirely by charitable contributions. We’re excited to help support this event again this year and grateful to the many local businesses and organizations that are partnering with us to help make it that much better for a few lucky families.”

The Parklet Project is a fundraising effort launched in 2021 to help local businesses expand outdoor dining options during the pandemic. Participating businesses include Sam B’s, Flatlands, Kabob It, Novel Blends, Juniper Brewing Company, and Grounds for Thought.

The 68th Annual Bowling Green Community Holiday Parade is presented by the City of Bowling Green, Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, Bowling Green State University, and Wood County Hospital. WTOL Channel 11 will be broadcasting the parade live again this year with Ryan Wichman announcing.

The parade will step off at 9:50 a.m. and WTOL will be live broadcasting the parade at 10 a.m.
