Gooden named to new post at Center for Innovative Food Technology

Dave Beck, president and CEO, Center for Innovative Food Technology, announced Mike Gooden was hired as business development and supply chain analyst.  He is responsible for designing training programs and delivering assessments related to supply chains for food manufacturers.

Gooden has more than 35 years of experience in logistics, productivity, operations, quality, regulatory, and continuous improvement with General Mills and Pillsbury.

Throughout his career he has also served as a supply chain consultant, conducted hundreds of third party food safety audits, has experience in new plant startups, and is a member of the American Society for Quality.

He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree at Middle Tennessee State University.
