The Grand Rapids Arts Council will present “Plein Aire Paint Out” from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 8, as one of the many activities planned during the Grand Rapids Rally Days.
Visitors are invited to see local artists’ interpretations of the village and to interact with the artists who welcome people to visit them while they create. The artists will be set up on the towpath and in the village painting scenery.
