A talented jazz vocal group with a rich, sophisticated sound, 6th Edition has been winning over audiences for 20 years with a diverse repertoire, from the American Song Book to Stevie Wonder.

Born from the inspiration of their experience working with the legendary Jon Hendricks at The University of Toledo, the group, 6th Edition was formed in 2001. Made up of members who had previously been involved in studio jingle singing and ensemble work, they each had their own solo careers as well.

These friends, Kim Buehler, Kevin Eikum, Lori Lefevre, John Johnson and Lisa Young, formed a unique vocal jazz group and produced a CD, “It’s About Time,” while performing

throughout the Midwest.  6th Edition has made numerous appearances of note in the Michigan Jazz Festival, the Monroe Jazzfest, the Grand Rapids Sunset Jazz Fest , Toledo Botanical’s Jazz In The Garden , the Toledo Museum of Art as well as many other local festivals and venues. They have performed with the Toledo Jazz Orchestra and the Toledo Symphony Orchestra.

The Live in the House Concert Series is presented by the Pemberville Freedom Area Historical Society
