On Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 2 p.m., Owens Community College presents “And One More Thing: On Steve Jobs,” an original one-man show by Jeremy Meier on the “Master Evangelist of the Digital Age.”

The performance will be in the 526-seat, Mainstage Theatre in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts, 7270 Biniker Road, Perrysburg, on the Owens Community College Toledo Campus.

In this program, Jeremy Meier portrays Jobs at the one-year anniversary of the iPhone in 2008 and reaches out toward the possibilities of what might come next.

“Think Different” was no grammatical error. The slogan was intended to inspire a mindset in the same way one might say “think big” or “eat smart.” In the world of Steve Jobs, stasis would be challenged and excelsior a road map. Home computing, communications, music listening, and movie magic were all revolutionized along the way.

Meier is the Chair of Fine and Performing Arts at Owens Community College where he has directed 19 student theatre productions. He has also developed and toured original one-man shows on the lives of Steve Jobs, Robert F. Kennedy, Oliver Hazard Perry, and John Dillinger.
