The 2024 State of the County Address on Wednesday, March 27 in the Alvin L. Perkins Atrium at the Wood County Courthouse. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. with the program beginning at 8 a.m. Speakers are Craig LaHote, Dr. Ted Bowlus, Dr. Doris Herringshaw, and Wood County Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn.
The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Project Team will host this event with the support of sponsors Northwestern Water & Sewer District, Wood County Economic Development Commission, and McDonald’s. WBGU 88.1 FM “The Morning Show with Clint Corpe” will provide live coverage of the event.
This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Attendees are asked to park in the lot east of the Courthouse off Summit Street. All spaces (except those with a meter) are free to people on county business.
