I write this letter enthusiastically in support of Joel O’Dorisio for Ohio Senate. I’ve known Joel for more than ten years, mostly in our work together with the BGSU Faculty Association, the union that represents all full-time faculty at BGSU.
Joel has worked tirelessly to promote the best interests of his colleagues, first as an organizer of the union, then later as a member of the negotiating teams that produced three contracts that are fair both to faculty and the university.
Joel cares about people, and he works hard to make people’s lives better. His honesty, dedication, and deep concern for others is exactly what we need more of in Columbus. I look forward to voting for Joel O’Dorisio for Ohio Senate on March 17th.
