Joyce Waterson, 80, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Monday August 29, 2016. She was born September 24, 1935 in Toledo, Ohio to Ross E. and Ethel M. (Flick) Lyons. She married Carl Waterson and he preceded her in death. Joyce loved socializing with her friends, coloring and shopping. She is survived by her daughter Mary Bell of Bowling Green, Ohio.
