Mary L. Myers Fuelber died on June 28, 2017, at her home. She was born to Charles F. and Elma Muenster on January 25, 1919.
In 1942 she married Earl E. “Bud” Myers who died in 1979. In 1984 she married MacLaren Fuelber, who died in 1987.
Mrs. Myers Fuelber was a past president of the Bowling Green Women’s Club as well as a Past President and founding member of the Wood County Hospital Guild, including being Art Chairman. She procured numerous paintings and photographs which are displayed throughout the Hospital.
Mary took art classes at various venues including, the Toledo Museum of Art and Bowling Green State University. Her musical talents were fostered at a young age at the Michigan Conservatory of Music, with private teachers. She directed both the youth and adult choirs in Pemberville at the Methodist Church. Mary enjoyed collecting and playing ancient and folk instruments.
A dedicated gardener and bird watcher, Mary was a lover of nature and a concerned conservationist.
Mrs. Myers Fuelber is survived by three children: James S. Myers, Midland, Michigan; M. Susan (Myers) Bomlitz, rural Pemberville, Ohio; and Mary K. Myers, rural Perrysburg, Ohio, along with seven grandchildren and nine great children.
There will be no visitation or public service and private interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetary, Bowling Green. Ohio. Arrangements are being handled by Dunn Funeral Home.
