NAMI golf outing to help drive out stigma of mental illness

National Alliance on Mental Illness Wood County, will host its Annual Golf Outing Event on June 7 to raise money to help Drive Out the Stigma that surrounds mental illness.

The event will be held at Riverby Hills Golf Club, located near Bowling Green. The golf outing will include 18 holes and lunch. The format will be scrambles, mulligans will be available and there will be a cash bar and 50/50 raffle. Registration will open at 7:30 a.m., and Shotgun start at 8 a.m.

There are also sponsorship opportunities consisting of $75-hole sponsors, which gets you signage at a hole.  Additional sponsorships include signage and allows you to include advertising materials in each golfers registration favors.

Organized by NAMI Wood County, the Annual Golf Outing is an event to raise funds for NAMI Wood County as well as awareness of the stigma on mental illness while creating a fun event that everyone in the community can participate in. The funds raised will help in providing free support groups and education to the community.
